Molding
    Here are some of the Molding services that we
    can provide for you at Dungeon Studios Prototyping.
    Plastic Bolts for our AquaOptics prduct.
    These are replacement gears for a Fiero
    headlight motor. The parts came out great,
    now it's time for some destructive testing
    to see just how well the two part plastic
    resign holds up.

    Here is a G-scale (garden scale) Tanker
    train car. It is made from two ice tea
    boltles and a two part resign frame. The
    frame has two wood dowls imbeaded in it
    to reduce the amount of resign needed to
    make the frame. You can also see trucks
    and wheels but those molds need to be
    redone so were still working on them.
    This is our HO scale Gondola with a
    working dump. It's Made from plastic
    resin. The mold was made using card
    board and tape. The gondola uses
    standard hook and horn Couplers that
    we bought from a local hobby store.
    These are wood blocks that have been
    laminated with packing tape. We use
    them to hold the molds together during
    the setting process. The tape is there
    to prevent the resign from seeping
    into the wood.
